ASPARAGUS AND AVOCADO SALAD

2 small avocados, which have been peeled and chopped
About 200g asparagus, chopped up
1 small yakon (if you have any up yet) peeled and chopped. Otherwise replace with an apple
1 pink grapefruit peeled and chopped up. I didn't have any so substituted oranges instead
2 limes, juiced
2 tbsp chopped mint
1 spring onion chopped up
A cup of sprouts
2 tbsp lemon balm – it's back out again!
Some salt or tamari/shoyu to taste
Combine it all and enjoy!
