This is a delicious addition to any salad to spice it up, or to turn something boring into something quite exotic! I make this up and store it in a jar, so I have it on hand like a dressing.
2/3 cup hazel nuts
½ sesame seeds
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt Grind them all up together. You can slightly dry roast them individually if you want to, but they are just as good raw especially if you eat it fast like we do. Store in a jar in the fridge.
