LIVE GARDEN BURGERS


5 MINUTES TO WHIZZ UP, AND DELICIOUS AS BURGERS (NO FRYING REQUIRED!) OR AS A SPREAD
450g ground up nuts (your choice – I used brazil nuts)
450 g carrots
1 med onion chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp herb salt such as herbamore
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt to taste (I didn’t use any with all the herbal salt
Paprika to sprinkle with

  1. Grind the nuts and set aside
  2. Grind everything else, and mix it all together, adding any other herbs you are inspired to add like parsley, coriander, dill, etc
  3. Form into balls, cutlets, or patties, sprinkling with paprika before serving
