RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp raw cocoa or carob powder
2 Tbsp coconut nectar or B grade maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Add in nuts, dried fruit, dried edible flowers, spices
1. In a bowl mix the ingredients until combined.
2. Pour into chocolate moulds or dip fruit and nuts, coat truffles or drizzle onto cakes and desserts.
3. Store in the fridge or freezer for 10mins until set.
