  • 250 g carrot juice + 60g beetroot juice + 30g dandelion juice



  • 30g wheat grass juice + 1 handful sorrel + 6 dandelion leaves + 3 mint leaves + 180ml water



  • ¼ C flaxseeds, soaked in 1 c warm water overnight + 1 banana


ALL NIGHTER: this is a very powerful juice so use in moderation

  • 50 ml parsley juice + 250 ml water
