Speak freely and explore your thoughts with Alice. Counselling can overcome experiences and thoughts too overwhelming or distressing to explore alone. With her unique holistic approach, Alice aims to shed light on both conscious and unconscious issues, and allows you to take positive steps forward. Alice uses a wide range of tools in her counselling, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-centred therapy, including training specifically tailored for children and young people.
